How do I get a quote?
Just click "Get Your Instant Quote," select the service you need, and you'll get an estimate right away. From there you can request a booking, and we'll follow up to confirm the details.
What's the difference between your packages?
Outside Only covers exterior windows, exterior tracks, and bug screens, with a 1-day rain warranty.
Inside & Outside adds interior windows and a wipe-down of interior tracks, with a 3-day rain warranty.
VIP includes everything in Inside & Outside, plus vacuumed window tracks, screen doors, and patio cobweb removal, with a 5-day rain warranty.
What does the rain warranty mean?
If it rains within the warranty period for your package (1, 3, or 5 days depending on the package you chose), we'll come back out and re-clean the affected windows at no extra charge.
Who will be cleaning my windows?
All of our technicians are background-checked before they're ever sent to a job, so you can feel comfortable having them at your home or business.
What if I'm not happy with the results?
We offer a 200% satisfaction guarantee. If something's not right, contact us within 48 hours of your appointment and we'll send a different technician to fix it. If you're still not satisfied after that, we'll refund up to the full service price.
How do I schedule my appointment?
Once you request a booking, we'll reach out to confirm a date and time — you can let us know whether you'd rather we call or text. You're also welcome to call us directly at (480) 331-1165 to schedule.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not necessarily, especially for Outside Only service. For Inside & Outside or VIP packages, someone will need to provide access to the interior of the home at the scheduled time.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Clear window sills and nearby furniture of any breakables, and let us know ahead of time about pets, gate codes, or anything else our technician should be aware of before arriving.
